I bought the head from Dark Dimensions & the staff from shapeways.
After Skeletor returned to Snake Mountain he decided to create a caretaker of the mountain for when he is away for whatever reason. Stealing the Staff of Ka from Teela, Skeletor cast his spell to create a mindless sentry. Snake Mountain Man now guards Snake Mountain in Skeletor's absence, against both Heroic & Evil warriors, who want to take the mountain. Snake Mountain Man is loyal only to Skeletor.
