He is sort of obscure (infamous, really). I didn't give him the v neck shirt that he should have but it still looks like him. I also made Happy Hordak.

Happy Hordak and 6-Pack Hordak
Happy Hordak appeared in the mini-comic Enter Buzz-Saw Hordak. Also pictured is my 6-Pack Hordak because I always hated the smooth abs that they gave Hordak.
